Committed to the Dominican Family and its Mission. Currently, Executive Director of the Dominican Sisters Conference - DSC. As leader, I believe and value good communication, team-work, conflict resolution, inclusivity, diversity, honesty, responsibility, trust, empowerment, resiliency, non-judgmental approach, tolerance, fairness, and kindness.
Solid standing in the Catholic Church as a vowed Member of the Dominican Sisters of Adrian (ADS) for the last 16+ years. Former Core Team Member with the Giving Voice organization – President of the board for two consecutive years.
Caring and accommodating professional experience in working with people from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Compassionate Certified Hospital Chaplain offering eleven years of experience accompanying patients, offering support to their families, and conducting debriefing sections with staff.
